Starting in 2022, Theatre Ariel became the mid-Atlantic hub for Survivors by Wendy Kout. Telling the true stories of ten young people who survived the Holocaust, Survivors was created by Kout and Rochester’s CenterStage Theatre’s Artistic Director, Ralph Meranto. Originally produced in collaboration with the Greater Philadelphia Jewish Federation and then with Gratz College, Survivors has been seen by nearly 10,000 public school students in the Philly region.
